As fall approaches, make a tasty charcuterie board with a variety of cured meats, cheeses, nuts, fruits, and sauces. Great for parties or cozy nights in.
Ingredients: 1 variety of prosciutto. 1 variety of salami. 1 variety of pt. 1 variety of chorizo. Assorted nuts walnuts, almonds. Dried fruits figs, apricots. Honey or fig jam. Sliced baguette or crackers. Assorted cheeses brie, gouda, cheddar, blue. Fresh grapes. Pickles or olives. Mustard.
Instructions: Begin by arranging a wooden board or platter. Place small bowls or ramekins on the board to hold honey, mustard, and jam. Arrange the prosciutto and salami slices in a fan shape on the board. Add small piles of assorted nuts and dried fruits around the board. Place slices of baguette or crackers in a neat row on one side. Arrange slices or chunks of assorted cheeses on the board, spacing them out. Fill in the gaps with fresh grapes, pickles, and olives. Add a variety of pt and chorizo in the remaining spaces. Drizzle honey over the cheeses and scatter some fig jam on the board.
