When is the best time to charge topaz? The full moon or daylight?

Whichever appeals to you most?

I cannot recall if sunlight will fade a topaz.

I typically charge stones by holding them in my closed fist and pouring what energy I can into them. I’ve yet to find any two witches who charge things in exactly the same manner, location, and timing.
