New superjail oc, Aria! She is 9 years old and stays at superjail. her best friends jailbot, alice, charise, the mistress, jared and cancer! She was depressed when Cancer died. Ash cant talk to her because she reminds him of her, when he does its a crying mess. She loves cartoons. She was kinda adopted by alice. Alice was guarding the place and there she was. Her mother left..somewhere a year before saying sne would come back to get her, but then stoped being her mother. She LOVES the mistress's singing voice and fashion. Before she became hippie she didnt really like aria, but then sje she warmed up to her. The warden is neutral to her, he sometimes watches cartoons with her though. She makes fun of jacknife sometimes and is terrified of the twins. to her, Charise and Jared were like her mom and dad. She loves alice, she probably her favorite person there.

There was a Korean/Japanese Superjail collab doujinshi done in 2014 iirc and its final chapter had a more idealistic but cute finale that felt like it'd fit the show. It's been SO long that it's hard to remember but think it had Warden wanting to marry Alice only for a riot to break out, the Twins steal the ring but throw it away, and Jared and Charise find it and decide screw everything and get married while Mistress wonders what happened to her assistant. Obviously saying it here means they wouldn't do that but I wonder if anyone's scanned that book after all the years.

Random headcanon list for how the superjail cast grew up especially money wise (yes, including kevin + lillian bc why not)

(Also, sorry if any of this is ooc, it's been a hot minute since I watched the show(THANKS HPO🫩))

Warden: he WOULD have grown up in the higher classes if his dad didn't croak (isn't warden straight up a nepo baby?) He definitely grew up in an orphanage, but I dont think it was stereotypically bad like what you see in movies

Jared: on the complete opposite end we have my favorite loser. He grew up poor and I think his parents were always one step into losing their house. I also think he was an only child because of this. I kinda agree with the headcanon his family is redneck so he also had to deal with that. I also think he doesn't have the greatest relationship with his parents

Alice: to fill in the big gap between warden and jared, alice grew up in lower middle class! I also headcanon she has a few cousins (mostly female actually which is how she got to play with "feminine" toys as one would say). I also headcanon she had a phase later on where she tried to be hyper masculine and joined a few sports growing up. I also think her relationship with her family is a bit complicated (lowkey me frfr LMAO)

LORD Stingray: stingy here grew up rich just to say it plainly. I headcanon he went to private school and got a pretty damn good education. He's an only child in my mind also. Plus, I headcanon he started his fixation on sea life at a VERY young age (maybe one of his parents was a marine biologist?) And he also had a lot of sea themed stuff in his bedroom growing up lol (probably a lot of pet fish over the years)

Mistress: I can't decide if she grew up a nepo baby or not. Lowkey her before her hippie lifestyle gives it sooo imma say nepo lol. I don't think she was as much as a nepo baby as warden and stingray tho but it definitely helped a bit with building up her business. I kinda wish we learned more about her bc I dont have many childhood hcs for her

Charise: I refuse to forget my girlie here. I think she grew up in lower class. I also think she grew up with a single mom. Said mom tried to spoiled Chari the best she could w what they had (am I projecting? Maaybeee 😗). Anyways, I can't decide if she would be a only child or not BUT if she isn't, she's DEFINITELY an older sister bc she just gives that vibe <3

Finally, doing my ocs, Kevin and Lillian grew up lower middle class and ended their childhood a bit more middle class. Lillian learned violin as a kid and later took piano in high-school! (She probably still owns that damn violin (which Kevin absolutely DESPISED as a kid because STOP PLAYING AT 1 PM I'M TRING TO SLEEP). Kevin meanwhile probably took boxing in high-school. If you asked specifically Lillian how they grew up she would probably say "Lower middle class, we would've grown up middle class if someone didn't constantly hurt himself with his moronic stunts" (cue a LONG silence followed by a loud "What is that supposed to mean?!" By Kevin)
