You know what amazes me most about Misha?

Yes, he has a heart of gold. Yes, he has an amazing wit and comedic timing. Yes, he is loving and talented and creative and empathetic and compassionate. But most of all, he is confident and proud.

Confident in himself and proud of his amazing organization to video message the amazing good that Random Acts is doing by teaming up with the presidential inauguration team all the while knowing he would receive flack and ridicule by those that despise him. I'm pretty sure he has more confidence in his little pinky than his haters have in themselves.

To have ppl ridicule him on his hair or his face or the way he talks while he is notifying them of this amazing event ....is absolutely absurd. Are they not listening to the words that are coming out of his mouth? Do they not see the impact events such as these have on people?

It baffles me, honestly. You don't have to like Misha or the characters he plays. You don't have to like his friendship with Jensen or any of the spn cast or even the fans. Heck, you don't even have to like that he is invited to conventions. But to downplay the importance of what he was saying to just be demeaning and petty....it's just, wow. Very sad.

.....Maybe those ppl need to be the ones to be helped by Random Acts.

Jay Kahn early investor in Apple and and Costco Leaves $100 Million to San Diego Foundation Jay Kahn, died at 90 in 2022, lived in San Diego's Ocean Beach  – San Diego California reporting

– "Jay Kahn was a compassionate man who loved San Diego and wished for his legacy and estate to be used for the good of San Diego," Mark Stuart, president and CEO of San Diego Foundation, 

> The first grants from Kahn's gift include 10, $150,000 unrestricted grants to San Diego-based music education nonprofits to advance their work with under-resourced children.The intent of the initial grants is to "grow music appreciation" in San Diego in memory of Kahn, a classical musician who played clarinet in symphonies at UC San Diego and the University of San Diego.

>> The $1.5 million in total grants were awarded at the SDF Board of Governors retreat on Thursday to A Reason to Survive, Classics 4 Kids, David's Harp Foundation, Guitars and Ukes in the Classroom, Heartbeat Music & Performing Arts Academy, San Diego Symphony, San Diego Youth Symphony and Conservatory, San Diego Young Artists Music Academy, Voices of Our City Choir and Young Lions Jazz Conservatory.

According to his wishes, a portion of Kahn's gift will support housing and other regional strategic plan initiatives of the San Diego Foundation, and more than $86 million will establish the Jay Kahn Endowment Fund at San Diego Foundation so that "Kahn's legacy and impact continues to grow and transform San Diego County in perpetuity," according to a foundation statement.

Kahn lived in San Diego's Ocean Beach neighborhood from 1972 until his death in 2022 at age 90.

Sensitizing and mobilizing people all around the world to to help others.

The International Day of Charity was established with the objective of sensitizing and mobilizing people, NGOs, and stakeholders all around the world to help others through volunteer and philanthropic activities.

Mother Teresa, the renowned nun and missionary, was born Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu in 1910. In 1928 she went to India, where she devoted herself to helping the destitute. In 1948 she became an Indian citizen and founded the order of Missionaries of Charity in Kolkota (Calcutta) in 1950, which became noted for its work among the poor and the dying in that city.

For over 45 years she ministered to the poor, sick, orphaned and dying, while guiding the Missionaries of Charity’s expansion, first in India and then in other countries, including hospices and homes for the poorest and homeless. Mother Teresa’s work has been recognized and acclaimed throughout the world and she has received a number of awards and distinctions, including the Nobel Peace Prize. Mother Teresa died on September 5th 1997, at 87 years of age.

In recognition of the role of charity in alleviating humanitarian crises and human suffering within and among nations, as well as of the efforts of charitable organizations and individuals, including the work of Mother Teresa, the General Assembly of the United Nations in its resolution A/RES/67/105 designated the 5th of September, the anniversary of the death of Mother Teresa, as the International Day of Charity.
