Problem 2) But by the Sketch: A Journal about a roadtrip started by Gastone Steigler, Jules Verne’s character is misremembered as Phineas Fogg.

Problem 3) The rest is actually Charles Glidden and his wife Laura.

Charles Glidden, subsequent tours began to achieve national attention. An early advocate of car travel, Glidden had always passionately supported automobiles. His exploits to showcase their capabilities were renowned for being epic and included the first ever round-the-world trip in 1901. With his wife Laura at his side, the journey covered 46,528 miles through nearly forty countries.
