Boston is a great city with so many activities to do from things to see, learn, do and eat. I know a lot of the bloggers are going to focus on great places to check out so I am going to just talk about places I personally like to go visit on the weekends.
Though I am by no means gifted in the arts (just your average stick person drawing kind of person), I do appreciate going to check out exhibits. The Museum of Fine Arts, Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and the Institute of Contemporary Art are all great places to check out! If science is more your thing, the Museum of Science is also available for those interested.
Besides checking out museums, I also like to walk to the Charles River Esplanade with friends. The place is a prime spot for beautiful photos. Another great place to visit is the Boston Public Garden which is another great location for lovely photos!
In terms of food, I like to go to the Allston area for Korean food like Seoul Soulongtang or stop in for jajangmyeon at Buk Kyung. Chinatown also has good options for dim sum like Windsor Café or hot pot on a cold day. Prudential is also a great place to stop by to shop and eat especially with the opening of Eataly. In terms of boba/bubble tea, we have Chatime really close to our campus and Kung Fu Tea near the Symphony stop. There are really great places to check out while in Boston so be adventurous and start walking!
