ha, I was literally just talking to my roommate about this. If I don't put my syrup in the fridge, it gets moldy (probs because I make my own and it doesn't have all the preservatives and other crap.) I like to have a lil glass of it and I put it in the microwave to make it a lil warm. Good stuff.
