This one is just utterly heartbreaking. Grew up with my dad waking us up on a Sunday to Charlie Pride on the stereo. I just had to call my dad and tell him and we sat for an hour going through our favourite songs and memories and asked him to help me pick songs for the radio tribute we’ll do on Monday morning... even reminded my dad that people used to always say he looked like Charlie Pride to which he said as he always does when told that “ah shucks man Dat dere is a handsome guy” 😉 #2020 #Covid even took away our Pride this year 💔💔 #RIPCharliePride .
