Anti-Anxiety Hairband Charm (✿◡‿◡)
Hello! This is a charm that I made to fit the materials I had at hand. Please feel free to alter it if you need to so that it may fit your needs!
What you will need:
-Purple hairband (calm, peace, relaxation). A white (protection, peace, good substitute) hairband will also work
-Amethyst (protection, anti-anxiety, calm, peace, clear mind) or clear quartz (substitute crystal, peace, clarity)
-Rose quartz (self-love, peace, calm) or clear quartz
-Lavender incense, lavender candle, or lavender essential oil + essential oil diffuser (Peace, relaxation, calm, anti-anxiety)
Instructions:
-Cleanse your hairband however you like
-Place the hairband on a flat surface and put the two crystals on opposite sides of the hairband
-Light your incense, candle, or start the diffuser. Visualize the smoke or steam from it coming down to the hairband, fusing with the calming energies of the 2 crystals and being infused into the hair band
-Repeat these words 3 times
"With the help of these things three,
My anxiety is banished away from me.
When worn by me
My mind is cleaned
Of all anxious thoughts,
Love and peace take their place"
-Finally, take the hairband and carefully pass it through the smoke or steam of whatever lavender scented thing you used. Now all you need to do is wear the hairband in some way :)
Notes:
-If you cannot speak, write the words down and fold the paper 3 times. Or, read it aloud in your head 3 times.
-If you cannot visualize, then state your intention of the energies fusing with the hairband and leave it for whatever amount of time feels right
-If you cannot use lavender, substitute it for an herb with the same correspondences, like chamomile.
-If you cannot use candles, incense, or EOs, use just the herb and do the same things in the spell. Just, for the last step, place the herb on the hairband. Or, alternatively, use lavender tea and anoint the hairband with it
