Bieber may have approved of the design but honestly I doubt he even knows the paramore song exists. You can't expect him to check every picture on the internet to make sure it wasn't stolen.
You’re still justifying him and the entire thing like it’s no big deal and it is. It’s his designing team’s responsibility to have the rights and not steal people’s work and know what they’re doing legally, AND.. and listen to this.. it’s HIS responsibility as well, and you know that. Any rational person knows that he isn’t completely innocent of it just because he didn’t get on the internet himself and look. Zero involvement in choosing doesn’t equal zero responsibility. And to just throw that back, you can’t expect fans of the band that font was made famous for (and well, invented for) and the artist to not be upset or outraged that he/his team did not “check every picture on the internet to make sure it wasn’t stolen”.
Anyway, whatever. It’s wrong and his team is in the wrong. It’s semantics to say whether it’s him, personally. Who cares whether he knew or didn’t know. Bieber’s team is wrong and Paramore fans and the artist of the picture are right, in this case.
