Ingredients: 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed. 2 tbsp olive oil. 2 tsp paprika. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Toss green beans with olive oil in a large bowl until they are well covered. Put paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix them together. Add the spice mix to the green beans and toss them around until they are well covered. Lay the green beans out in a single layer on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Place the green beans in an oven that has already been heated. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are soft and slightly blackened. Stir the beans once or twice during the cooking time. Enjoy while hot!
