Grilled Marinated London Broil is a tasty and tender dish that will fill you up. Adding soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and herbs to the steak gives it great flavors, and grilling it gives it a smokey, charred smell.
Ingredients: 1 London Broil steak about 2 pounds. 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon dried basil. 1 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, basil, and black pepper. Place London Broil steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, making sure to coat the steak thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard excess marinade. Grill the London Broil for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until desired level of doneness is reached. Remove from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain. Serve hot and enjoy!
