FOLDED PANCAKES with SPAM and Cheese
This is a different way of serving pancakes. So I tried it.
Saw this from Mr. Jamie Oliver (thank you) and so I thought of creating my own version.
TIPS: Cook thinner pancakes like crepes. And maybe use melted cheese and put more of it!
I feel that my folded pancake would have been better if I did this.

Ingredients:
Pancakes, Egg, Milk, Butter
Spam, Cheese
Syrup & Strawberry (optional)
Procedure:
Cut SPAM in thin slice. Fry and set aside
Mix pancake powder with Egg and Milk
Heat the pan and put butter
Cook pancake and extend up to the edges to make a huge round size
Once cooked, place on a flat surface
Cut on the quarter side
Put Spam on one quarter and cheese on other quarter
Spread Syrup on top.
You can mix & match SPAM with different add-ons and toppings.
