May I request a snancake? (snail pancake)
yes you may! snails are awesome
this snail can face left or right
This vegan oven pancake is a simple and delicious alternative to traditional pancakes. It's fluffy, golden, and perfect for breakfast or brunch. The batter is easily mixed together and baked in the oven, making it hassle-free and ideal for feeding a crowd.
Ingredients: 1 cup flour. 1 tablespoon sugar. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup almond milk. 2 tablespoons melted vegan butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Put flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them together with a whisk. Add the melted vegan butter, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar to another bowl and mix them together. Whisk the wet and dry ingredients together until the mixture is smooth. Fill a greased pan or baking dish that can go in the oven with batter. Put the pancake in the oven and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it turns golden brown and is fully cooked. Cut it up and serve it warm, with maple syrup or fresh fruit if you want.
