Today’s Aperitivo is served with a riff on a Chartreuse Daisy made into a flip. • • 1 oz Yellow Chartreuse 1/2 oz - London Dry Gin 1/2 oz - lemon juice 1/2 oz - raspberry syrup (see below) 3/4 oz - aquafaba -Dry shake all ingredients in a shaker without ice for a minute, add ice and shake until cold.
