-father was murdered by his brother (kits' uncle)
-mother was framed and wrongfully convicted, put to death
- all this happened at 14, went between foster homes
- graduated hs early (just turned 17) and immediately started law school on a scholarship
- wanted to become a defense attorney to never let something like what happened to his mother happen to others
- first case was against Payne, he won pretty quickly for not having a co-counsel
- Phoenix heard about this and contacted him, asking if he wanted to work for him
- this happens about a month after 4-2
- kitsune collar was given to him by his mother, one of the last things he has of her
- hes never actually worn it since hes been given it, puts it on one day while in the office alone and nearly has a panic attack because. Holy shit I have ears and a tail now. But Phoenix comes back in time to calm him down
- has a really strong relationship with the rest of the waa, sees them as family
- bonds w miles pretty easily as well :] ur honor they are father and son
