Go see Afterlife. If you are a Ghostbusters fan it will be a fun ride! And bring tissues. 👻
People often ask us what happens if or when a fellow Ghostbuster passes away.
Well, here you go, it’s basically this:
Even Ghostheads like us need a weekend to relax... Especially after all we’ve been chasing and hunting recently down here in this weather.
Happy 35th Anniversary GhostBusters.
So, guess I'm doin' this again a bit more formal. I'm Chase Gildwell. I'm one of the heads of the Ghost Storm team here in OK. Jesse @ectotapes is in charge of the ghost and paranormal half. I'm head meteorologist and point of the storm chasing half. We both work together on deciding what cases to take, and what we should do. My degree is Meteorology but I've got some Paranormal studies under my belt. Our main focus of study here, is weather's effect on Paranormal energy and vise versa. Can we use how we study for weather to predict large concentrated paranormal phenomenon? Possible class 7 conditions. Controlling and containing large paranormal forces of nature. Things like that. The "Big Toys" as Dr Stanz puts it.
We also are equipped for mass casualties. So after a horrible natural disaster, we go in to ground zero and collect the lost souls, before their energy can collect, fester and get out of control and turn into something VERY ugly. Our big job isn't pretty and is very hard. But someone has to do it I suppose. Dr. Spangler helps a lot with our field of study and he often is interested in what we find out. I get the feeling he's using some of what we find out and is putting it towards something bigger, but I'm not sure.
As for me, I'm not so sure what to put here so I'll do the normal stuff. I'm 22, grew up near Stillwater OK. favorite music is Americano blues, I can play the guitar, favorite food is scrambled egg sandwiches and if I could meet anyone from history it'd probably be James Glaisher
But yeh that's me and a bit about what we do.
Hey y’all, sorry if it’s been kinda quiet. Had a lot going on here recently what with the flooding we’ve got going on. But we’re all ok... just soaked. Chase season is still as busy as ever and we’ve got a few cases, luckily not many, thank God. But yeh just wanted to update y’all. And for those of you out here in the Midwest, Please stay safe.
