On a more personal note, I am personally an animation graduate who graduated in 2021 and has not been able to get a job in animation. I am lucky enough to have a job in reprographics and a member of LOCAL ATU 241 (union strong baby!) but unfortunately a lot of my fellow graduates are struggling in the field or unable to find jobs. This is a symptom of the problem. Which is why it is important not just for us animators but also for YOU to help TAG win their fight!

This is the first year I managed to put in some applications to direct shows at different companies for the 2026 season and I’m… cautiously optimistic? I’ve got 4 out right now (one I’ve managed to get through the interview portion) and I’m hoping to hear soon.

hey there. i try not to ask for help for things but this isn't really for me so

my dad's disabled and can't get disability due to the government believing he's 'fit to work' when he isn't - and thus relies on uber and lyft to make any type of income, as i no longer live with him and can't. lately, the car he has has been needing a ton of repairs, and there's no way for him to earn money - and what my brother does get from work won't be enough to cover for them, and i currently live with my mom to help out her own situation.

him and my brother are now at risk of being evicted due to this. any help would be greatly appreciated, whether it be from donations or just spreading this around.
