The moment of truth, before this moment you pondered on the idea of leaving him. You wondered what went wrong. How you even got here.

You urge him to profess his love to you. You ask him to growth with you, build a life of abundance. He's stubborn and does not want to learn how to love you. You yearn for his attention, the look of love in his eyes that made your heart once pounce but can you can no longer find it.

You wonder why life feels like it is passing you by. You force positive experiences but in forcing them they become negative. Vices calm both of your loneliness, but they are eating each of you alive. So you leave, loneliness in hand, heartbreak in the other. Lost and confused because freedom comes at a price, the price is you and I.

i wish you wanted to meet up so you can say asshole things to my face...over lunch. There are times when life gets puts in perspective. Not to say there is something wrong with my life. It’s just missing. I don’t want to try and replace your energy. good and bad, right or wrong..I should’ve tried harder to keep you around in the plutonic sense.

I don’t have many regrets but losing a friend like you is definitely becoming one. The more success I obtain the more pointless it is celebrating with people who can’t appreciate the growth. Its so easy to just let people go instead of fighting to keep them in your life. It was easy to inflect wounds with words...or rather no address the issues at hand. We were all wrong. I wanna fix things. I just don’t get a say on if that’s a thing. I hope the universe sends some guidance and sees fit to bring us back because as crazy as this world is and as crazy as things were I still just wanna chill with my homegirl and smoke hella good bud in the good sunshine. At the end of the day, if you seriously did ever need anything I’d still jump without hesitation. I guess that’s why I miss you so much right now. I wanna share stuff with a friend I don’t have anymore. Events I wanna see you at that you wouldn’t attend. It’s just really heavy this week and I’ll be glad when it passes if it ever will. Still. I want my friend back if she can forgive enough to want to start over. I’m asking for a lot but she really worth it and I wouldn’t be here without her. I just want to appreciate all the people who got me this far. We shall see tho 🤷🏽‍♀️
