“Your marks in class have been very good. They always are though,” Berlioz says as he approaches the desk Penny is sat at. He pulled up a chair and sat down. He adjusts his glasses and sets down some papers of hers that he had recently graded. Berlioz was always happy to sit down with his students for one-on-one teaching or if they just needed to chat. He made extra time out of his day to be available for it even if it meant skipping his lunch break or staying later in the day. Penny was one of his brightest students and he admired her ambition. “What did you want to work on today, Penny?”
