“Hi, Tim!” Roo greeted cheerfully as the man entered his home. “Mom’s not here right now, but I’m always glad to see you.” He smiled brightly at the older man. Roo truly loved Timothy. He’d always been like an older brother to Roo and since he never had a father of his own it was something he needed. Sure, he had his Gramps but Tim had a different demeanor than that. “It’s nice of you to stop over though. Um, we could hang out if you want. I don’t know what we would do though. It’s not too cold. We could go take pictures at the park or go get dinner even. I am a bit hungry.” Though Roo’s happy and cheerful demeanor had faded over the years it was always genuine with Timothy. “Or, we could order pizza and play video games if you’d like!”
