Gray: long time no talk, Will. What's been going on?
Will: hey, yeah, sorry. I've been sort of sick and put on strict bed rest
Will: haven't had the energy to log on until now.
Will: How are you?
Gray: sort of sick? You okay? Strict bed rest makes it sound bad....
Gray: me?
Gray: well...I moved recently...my uhm
Gray: pack is gone
Gray: so there's that.
Will: Yeah, it's...it's not life threatening or anything, but pretty embarrassing. I don't want to talk about it.
Will: What do you mean, gone?
Gray: Hey you don't wanna talk about we don't have to talk about it! How's the husband?
Gray: I mean killed. Got ambushed by hunters and because of my lack of directional skills I got out of the line of fire
Gray: I moved too
Will: He's good. I miss him, he isn't allowed into the room because I'm contagious or something.
Will: Jesus, I'm sorry to hear that. Glad you got the hell out, though. Do you know who the hunters were?
Will: where'd you move to?
Gray: Oh damn. How long have you been sick, Will? Have you called a doctor?
Gray: No idea who the hunters are...I didn't stick around to find out.
Gray: This weird ass town not too far from where I was. My alpha wanted to go because weird stuff was happening, so I went after the attack. She was so right.
Will: a few days, I guess. We know what's wrong, it's not something that a doctor can change.
Will: I'm really glad you're okay
Will: What do you mean by weird stuff? What's it called?
Gray: Ah. Well hey, you know how familiar I am with the medical system. If you need help, let me know.
Gray: thanks Will. I'm kinda ashamed if I'm honest.
Gray: It's called Beacon Hills? There's apparently this weird supernatural thing....it's making people either seriously angry or seriously....sexual.
Gray: and that's not even the weirdest thing.
Will: Yeah, I know. Hey, look, it's definitely not cancer or anything, don't worry, okay?
Will: Don't be, it's better than all of you dying.
Will: I bet I know what the weirdest thing is that you don't even know. Brace yourself, you ready?
Will: I LIVE IN BEACON HILLS.
Gray: Yeah, no I know. I'm worried about ya, bed rest is no fun.
Gray: yeah but Will...there was a moment where....I was backed into a corner and....
Gray: uhm
Gray: I had to kill my way out...
Gray: WAIT WHAT YOU'RE HERE TOO?!
Will: I've never told you about this before but my husband has some experience with killing people as a wolf. It's not the same thing but if you ever want to talk to someone about it, he'd be less judgemental than most.
Will: Yeah, so..................you know that weird thing where something's making people angry or sexual? That's what I'm..."sick"...with.
Will: I drew the sexual card, unfortunately. So. I'm
Will: uh
Gray: Really? Thanks I just....don't want you to think differently of me....and I dunno I've never actually taken a life before.
Gray: Ah, so you pulled the sexual card and you locked yourself in your room so you wouldn't do anything dumb?
Gray: or not dumb, but...not so good?
Will: locked in the guest room so I don't jump my husband because I already made him have sex with me five times before we knew what was going on and I just...we don't...uh
Will: um
Will: yeah
Gray: right. if it makes you feel more comfortable we can change the subject?
Gray: Also I may have found a girl I had a one night stand with a year ago in town and yeah
Will: I don't even know why I told you specifically how many times we had sex.
Will: Let's talk about how crazy it is that you're in my town
Will: we should meet sometime, you know, when this is over.
Gray: Right yeah let's talk about that.
Gray: I'd say 'it's a small world' if that wasn't really corny to say
Gray: Yeah we should! when it's over and things chill out. It would be cool to meet one of my first friends outside of a sci fi chat room
Will: If you need someone to show you around, I'd be more than happy to do it.
Will: You can meet my husband, and some of my friends here. There aren't many, but they're good people.
Gray: I actually ran into this kid, Jackson earlier, he gave me the run down of what's happening...but I haven't actually seen the town outside of the apartment building that my loft is in
Will: And I can show you the awesome Terry Pratchett collection I've built up at my library.
Will: Oh, it really IS a small world! Jackson's one of my closest friends.
Gray: I'd like to meet your husband, I've heard a lot about him. Meeting new people would be awesome. I haven't heard from Randall in awhile....and he's kind of one of the few people I talked to.
Gray: You had me at Terry Pratchett.
Gray: Wait seriously? Jackson's awesome.
Will: It's probably good that you've been laying low for a bit since the town really isn't showing its true colours right now. Once things are...calmer, we'll show you all the sights. And we'll have you over for dinner.
Will: Yes, seriously. He's pretty okay, I guess, but don't tell him I said that, it'll go to his head
Gray: Yeah. I'm just hanging out at this point.
Gray: Ha I think I made his head a little bigger anyways today. He's kinda hot, not going to lie.
Will: Oh god, I know he is but he definitely knows it too.
Will: Sorry, I gotta run for now, I'm not feeling too good so I'm going to cry to my husband about it. My cell number's XXX-XXX-XXXX, you can text or call me any time.
Gray: Alright! I'll see ya later Will.
Gray: Good luck with....you know.
