You know, after getting those asks, I think I need to clarify some things. I sometimes (well, quite often actually, you guys are just too nice 😳) hear, that my stories (or my English) are kinda good. Regardless of whether that is a fact or not (because I'm self-conscious about my writing and that's entirely not the point), there's one thing.

If you want to write ff, do it! ^^ Even if your English isn't perfect, even if every second sentence you need to google that one particular word or mess up the spelling constantly - do it! You don't have to be perfect to start. Actually, never once in the process of writing, you have to be.

You can post the stories, keep them private or just share them with friends - whatever you want to do! But just do it. + Writing like that is an amazing learning tool! I think I have progressed a whole lot since my first fic (I think it was The Perfectly Peaceful Afternoon Anew?) and my current work (e.g. Spring Winds) ^^" Just focus on the story and try to convey it accurately.

Just a single one? Hmm...Tbh, that would have to be Ieyasu and Masamune? The constant “YOU IDIOT WHY DO I EVEN CARE”, haha. 

🎵 What do you listen to while you read?

Most of the time, silence. I mean, I either get pulled into the story and I don’t react to the outside world, or I get easily distracted and then even some buzzing in the background makes it hard to finish reading a paragraph. 

💡 Tell me a headcanon (and who you wish would write it)?

Hmm... It’s kinda connected to the suggestion I got from Nori :D I will write a version of it soon, but the thing is, I’m pretty limited in my knowledge. The basic idea is that MC isn’t from Japan, but from some other country. Aaand... I don’t feel confident enough to write about anything I haven’t experienced in that regard. But it would be so cool to read other people writing it for their countries and native languages! How would MC cope with not understanding what others say, what would be the phrases she taught the warlords, etc. :D Maybe some customs that are pretty unique to her culture? Sooo many possibilities (tho I guess we all would need a small little dictionary with explanations)... As for who I wish would write it... Hmm.. Okay, firstly, that’s just a suggestion and I don’t even know if you guys accept requests or would ever be willing to write such a thing. I just know that your perspective could be interesting - and that’s it. It’s not obligatory. So, those people would be @datenoriko , @missjudge-me and @nad-zeta (I don’t know if you know her, she writes amazing match-ups and other stuff. ;) Shhh, compliment intended).

It's fine, I don't mind ^^ Yes, I'm from Poland. I have some Hungarian heritage as well, but sadly, most of that has been lost - what a shame, my great-great-grandfather spoke Hungarian fluently, but I don't know a single word (I learnt some, but have forgotten them ^^"). My grandfather knew one sentence in Hungarian - "To speak Hungarian or not to, that is the question", haha.

You know the more I think about it the more it makes sense that Masamune gardens. Gardening (especially in a time before supermarkets) goes hand in hand with cooking.

Oh, absolutely! It's also a rather nice, grounding activity, so given how he sometimes struggles with his past, it seems like a good (calming) hobby to have too. (+Let's be honest, homegrown stuff tastes "best", haha. Or maybe that's just me?)

My other guess would be that it's also another way for him to go about being a ruler? I mean, he could easily afford just buying ingredients (unless I'm mistaken). But plenty people probably had to garden, so doing even that little could be a way not to get completely detached from the reality of many. (However, it's just a guess).

Thanks for sliding in the askbox! I'm having troubles falling asleep (oh my, haha, waking up in 5:45 hours and taking a test, wish me luck) and it helped me take my mind off of things 😅❤️
