Check out this Merriweather Island read! I have grown to love Chautona Havig’s books more and more, and Dual Power of Convenience is another amazing read. I’ve also enjoyed reading the books in the Independence Islands series. This is the very first book in the Independence Island series: Merriweather Island. And I love reading stories about a marriage of convenience and Havig didn’t disappoint on this one. I enjoyed getting to know Richard and Lyla and what fun it was to watch their relationship grow. I love the Danforth estate and how being there together has a lasting affect on their relationship. That marriage on paper only starts to rip apart a little. But it is a journey you will have fun listening to when you check out this audio book. The Narrator, Christa DelSorbo does a very nice job reading the book. It took me a while to get use to the different voices she used, some seemed a little weird, but it just took some getting use to. DelSorbo was able to bring the story to life through her narration. I am not a big fan of audio books but I enjoy an occasional one. And if you enjoy audio books or are just getting started with them, this would be a fantastic choice for you. Dual Power of Convenience by Chautona Havig, narrated by Christa DelSorbo is a Five Stars for me. A special thanks to the author/publisher for a copy of this book.
