CHEAP XLR MIC? Good solution?! // Tonor XLR/3.5mm Condenser Mic Review
CHEAP XLR MIC? Good solution?! // Tonor XLR/3.5mm Condenser Mic Review
Tonor sent me another microphone for review. This time, we have a XLR mic that comes with a XLR to 3.5mm adapter that actually works. I took it for a spin and even hooked it up to my big pre-amp and mixer to see how it handled over XLR. Let’s take a look. PRODUCT LINKS: USA: http://amzn.to/2bh9Vyf UK: http://amzn.to/2boc9dR CA:…

Audio2000s APM175 Dynamic Microphone With 20 feet Cable I've been a karaoke disc jockey on and off for nearly 15 years. I've been through more microphones than I care to count.
Four Great Budget Microphones for DJs
A microphone is often the last thing that any DJ has on their list. Getting on the microphone is not always the high point of a DJ’s night. They might simply get on in order to tell people to stop being noisy and rude. Sometimes the only words that come out of a DJs mouth has to do with the last call or an announcement that the part host wanted to make. I carry a microphone in my backpack, but it is usually not for me. It is for the rare occasion that I need to plug it into my mixer for a quick one liner. I carry one of the bestselling microphones out there – the Shure SM-58. The SM-58 is one of those microphones that has been around since the beginning of time (it seems). They are ultra-durable, and you will likely see them with their metal screens bashed in from abuse. That is ultimately no problem because they are able to take a lot of abuse before pooping out. As always, there are more modern alternatives that have just as much as our old standby – however, the one thing they don’t have is the track record and time tested. http://www.djtechtools.com/2014/04/29/review-four-great-budget-microphones-for-djs/
I'm gonna invest in a nice microphone so i can sing and not sound like garbage.
