Then when they tell you they need a rush fee as there are 50 people in front of you. Now your all mad and don’t want to pay the extra money...Well whos fault is it...Everyone blames the lowly screen printer when its all their own fault...Avoid the whole mess and extra money. Order at least 6 weeks in advance..remember there is shipping times too. And I will tell you this. Rush jobs are just that..Rushed. And the printing is sacrificed as you have to have the shirts or else!!!!
Design Colors: Each added color in your design will cost you. This can be one of the most costly decisions you can make. It adds up and real fast on all your branding materials. One extra color in the front and one in the back can add $1.50 per shirt extra. 100 Shirts and $150.00 more...My opinion is to avoid this. Look at huge Brands like Nike, Hanes, Levi’s. All one color as they knew long ago the cost of the added color. Use the shirt as another color and be creative in your designing skills. This really is the best way. Yeah 2 colors look nice and if you can afford it, do it...But man do not go over 2 colors as the cost is just going to eat up your budget.
