Screech! "Late, late, late!" Anna nearly screamed as she was trying to slide on her shoes but ultimately landed on her face instead. She laid there for a moment and nearly burnt a hole into the carpet. "Son. of. a. bitch." One would think a young lady such as herself would have a cleaner mouth but nope, it was as bad as a sailor's. She pushed herself up and grabbed her things.
"I've got -- five minutes." Before she was officially late, that is. Anna made sure she had everything and bolted out the front door. "Bye dad!" And off she was, running down the sidewalk like a bat out of hell. Anna was sure that she was watching where she was going but sadly ended up bumping into another young lady and sending their things flying.
Great Job, Anna. The girl scrambled to get her things. "I'm going to get detention again." She quietly whined as she was shoving things into her bag, unknowingly, sticking the other woman's wallet into her bag -- they just happened to be identical. Now she was running again. "Sorry Ma'am but I've gotta go!"
