Saw someone arguing on Twitter that the US is not ready for 3 races bc fans were booing the RB drivers BEFORE a race even happened, meanwhile, wherever they’re from, the booing happened only AFTER the race…cuz that makes sense??? Also, idk where they’re from obviously, but did they not hear about the stuff happening at the races where there happened to be a Verstappen-heavy audience?? Makes me think THOSE countries aren’t ready for even ONE race…
hi anon! hope you enjoyed the horrors of race weekend :)
that is certainly... An Opinion lol. it seems like they’re conflating two separate issues:
> does the US deserve to host three grand prixs a year
> the place that booing has in f1 (or sports in general)
I think everyone's missing the obvious with this scandal. He chose to have an affair with Kristen Stewart over Charlize Theron? Charlize is HOT! Not saying Kristen isn't, but Charlize is like hot HOT, you know? :P
Charlize is a badass who doesn't put up with any shit, she's not going to sleep with some C-list first time director, for what? She can get any man and any role she wants.
That's another thing about this, it's not like this Rupert guy is a big name director who was going to help Kristen's career in exchange for sex, she already had the part and the movie had a planned sequel. She's a bigger name than he is. I think they're just really into one another, i.e. it was an affair, 'real' cheating with feelings involved, hence why the wife is so pissed, and it was probably going on for awhile.
