Retarded call while playing at Aced Poker that costed me 5% of my bankroll. I had all the info I needed to just FOLD! (A) I've played over 400 hands with the player to my right (in the small blind), and I know he is a VERY solid player who does not lose chips. (B) He was in the small blind (think SB/BB special). (C) He check-raised me on the flop. Should have just folded then. The check-raise is usually a good sign to fold, especially from a player who I have not seen sandbag anyone in over 400 hands. (D) He shoved all-in on the turn. At that point it was pretty unlikely that this player was willing to risk all of his chips in a 3-way pot with KQ or worse, or 55-JJ. I want this pic to serve as a reminder to myself; DO NOT MAKE STUPID CALLS!
