his conscience was clear enough. he hadn’t participated in teasing and ridiculing other people unless they rightfully deserved it. now perhaps, once or twice, the male MAY have dug up a clutch of turtle eggs and left the exposed to the surface while on a beach. but he didn’t eat them!! they were too small to be good, anyway. he even tried to rebury them once he realized they weren’t the sort of eggs he was looking to eat care for .

One of the orange banded siblings had this issue about winter. Due to needing more sleep and the darker colder times, he would now and then go into a mild case of hibernation stage. It’d start with sleeping in, then an extra pillow the next day, then more blankets the following days. There was no harm to it, but it was not exactly useful either, it only meant he missed out on training and other fun things by sleeping for so long. If they needed him to wake up, Donnie would give him a vitamin shot, and the next day, he’d be as good as new, as well as well rested.
His room was dimly lit, and his bed a jumble of pillows and blankets, and as his twin walked in, there was complete silence, except for the hum of the ventilatos that pumped fresh air into the area. However, as a few more seconds passed by, the same thing happened as it always did when another turtle was close to his nest, a churr broke from beneath the blankets, a weary, tired calling for a companion.
