Rewatching the show and watching kick ass music videos is REALLY getting me back into the SPN special interest!

I have so many ideas I wanna get out there. I think I'll start with a simple one-shot I've been playing around with for a while

I rewatched Short Circuit for the first time since I was a kid, an man, it's still mostly holds up. There's some questionable choices, but I still love Johnny-5!!

And while I remembered him and Stephanie being cute together...he, uh...totally loves her. Like, romantically!!! 😳 That slow dancing scene really *cemented* the bond these two have. Their chemistry is insane...

Poor Newton--he feels like a human beard for Stephanie, so she and Johnny -5 can be together without raising suspicion 😅😅😅😅

Truly though, I was trying to find fic for them and barely found anything, talk about a rare pair!

Man, is my writing streak going to be healed with the power of a woman and her sentient robot boyfriend?

OMG?? I was just reading some behind the scenes things, and apparently there were MORE scenes of Stephanie being romantic towards Johnny 5 and the test audience booed it?? So they cut them?? THOSE FOOLS HAD NO IDEA THE GOLD THEY HAD, DAMN THEM 😫😭

I got my husband to watch the first movie and he looked at me after the dancing scene snd was like "This isn't subtext, this is text! There's nothing to ship between them, she is absolutely down bad for Number 5. What is The point of Newton? They don't even have chemistry!"

This is something storm chaser Cas would find after they deal with a haboob in Arizona. He threatens Dean with wearing these things if he does anything especially moronic. Dean pokes it, shudders, and pronounces them to be 'sand-HELLS'

Last year I brought you Christmas Willow, a Destiel AU where author Dean crashed into mountain man Cas's home, getting snowed in at his cabin for Christmas and falling in love.

In this sequel, we'll get Adam's story! I'll post one chapter a day until we wrap on Chirstmas (4 in total).

While it's a short story, it will be very interesting for our local Midam fans 😀 Let's just say, some things get a little Meta :D

Summary:

After his adopted brother/best friend Dean finds love in a random little mountain town, Adam has the strangest urge to see this place for himself. And yep, his brother was right: the town of Heaven’s Hollar is quite charming when it’s dressed up in its Christmas finest.

With Sam already hitched, and now wayward Dean settling down with a mountain man and his dog of all things, Adam wonders if it’ll ever be his turn for love. When Dean’s attempts to help go horribly wrong, Adam is close to closing his heart entirely.

Omg I finally got around to watching Twisters! I was blown away by how good it was (bah dum tis) :D

Seriously tho, the YouTube chaser side was done so accurately! And I really liked the characters and their arcs more than I thought I would. While the first is a CLASSIC, this was a great follow up, building up on the bones of the first movie then doing its own thing.

Also, I finished my Destiel SPN storm chaser fic last year finally, and I can't believe how many beats I wrote that matched up pretty well with the movie! 😅

Special shout out to my bestie, who was nice enough to let me info dump the entire time 😅🤣

(PPS God bless whoever decided Glen Powell would be our Cowboy Chaser, and have that white wet t-shirt scene. Amen and Hallelujah)

I lost my job st the end of October.

We're good financially, so I think I might just give myself December to learn how to be a human again.

Currently I'm 13 books away from reading 100 this year.

So I am going to aim for this, walking every day outside, and posting my sequel to my Christmas Willow fic from last year.

Would any be interested in like a once weekly reading post?
