Swan Queen: Halloween prank war please?

When Regina sits down to head up the town hall meeting, something squishes underneath her and emits an inappropriate squeal of flatulent-like noise. The room is deathly silent--other than Emma sniggering in the back corner. Regina folds her fingers over her tablet and stares long and hard, until Emma straightens and tries to look serious. She fails.

At one in the morning, she’s roused by a raucous drubbing on her door. She pulls on a robe, pads to the front hallway, and peers through the peephole at an outraged Emma on her porch, waving a hand jammed into a cookie jar. Smirking, she opens the door and waits for Emma to start complaining. Instead, Emma grins at her.

“Very nice, Regina. Very nice. But I hope you’re prepared for what’s coming.”

She’s not. She’s so very, utterly not prepared for Emma’s carefully crafted revenge. She stands in the doorway to the sheriff’s station, drenched in water, with a bucket atop her head and Emma cackling beyond. She ought to be mad. She ought to make Emma know just how awful this little prank is--but she fights down her frustration, pulls the bucket off, and serves Emma her most severe glare. Emma wilts.

This time, when Emma approaches her door, the time is much more convenient. She’s a bit confused, as she hasn’t had a chance to enact her next trick; there’s no reason Emma should be by, really. Still, she’s curious enough to open the door. Emma holds out a slightly wilted flower and offers a half-smile.

“Look, I just... I know this is only going to get worse, so I thought maybe we could, y’know, kiss and make up?”

“Kiss and make up.”

“Yeah.” She flushes. “Well, that’s just--the thing is, that’s a phrase. You know that. It’s not literally--”

She cuts off Emma’s ramble with a firm kiss that makes Emma’s previously expressive arms go limp at her sides. Regina appreciates that she can have that effect on the other woman, as it’s one of the few ways she’s found that will definitely make Emma shut up. As they draw away from one another, Emma gazes at her hopefully.

“So, truce?”

“Not a chance.” Regina shuts the door and listens to Emma’s laughter from the other side.

Yeah, my brother was just in a very whiny mood and it was frustrating me, so I needed a break for a bit.  Everything's fine now, thank you. <3

We're doing a character development thing in my other rp and today's was like 'what animal do you see your character as' and my friend Sazzy who's in it was like 'Yo Joe is a wolf don't ask why just accept it I have reasons' and I totally backed her up while giving legit reasons because that's what I do.

But I've also rped as a werewolf!Joe and explaining why his character could be seen as similar to a wolf/things they can be seen representing symbolically gave me feels.
