💖 do they consider themselves attractive? ellinor is hot and she knows that she’s hot. like, not in the sense that she would flaunt it unnecessarily. but she grew up with the Game, and when she needs to toy with nobility, she’ll use her looks if she needs to. she knows it works, so why not? as for cullen, i think he’s both aware of what is conventionally attractive and aware that he possesses many of those qualities, yet he’s still unable to put two and two together and look in the mirror and think, yeah, i’m attractive. but i think physical self-confidence is something he can build after kirkwall, and that it could be accelerated if he’s in a relationship with the inquisitor. like, i know he canonically prefers to style his hair, but i also think that if the inquisitor repeatedly said, hey, your hair looks good natural, he’d definitely eventually be like...whoa. my natural hair is good.
