i lived in brooklyn until i was like 9

there was this girl i was best friends with and we chilled at each others' houses until we had to move

my family moved to like three different apartments until we moved away from brooklyn (the first two had a lot of pests)

i went to like three different schools that were near my apartment

fucking ginkgo trees were growing near my apartment and every time i walked to school i had to hold my breath because the fucking berries smelled gross

i lived next to a place that sells chinese food and i used to go there like at least once a month
