You can enjoy all the flavors of a traditional cheeseburger in a quick and easy way with these Vegan Cheeseburger Wraps. Great for a quick and tasty vegan meal!
Ingredients: 4 vegan burger patties. 4 large vegan tortillas. 1 cup vegan cheddar cheese, shredded. 1 cup lettuce, shredded. 1 cup tomato, diced. 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1 tablespoon yellow mustard. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: With the pan still hot, add the olive oil and heat it up over medium-low heat. Follow the directions on the package to cook the vegan burger patties until they are hot all the way through and the outside is just a little crispy. Add pepper and salt. Warm the tortillas in the pan for about 10 seconds on each side, or until they are soft, while the patties are cooking. Vegan mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard should all be mixed together in a small bowl to make the burger sauce. Spread a lot of the burger sauce in the middle of each warm tortilla as you them out on the table. Put a vegan burger patty that has been cooked on top of the sauce on each tortilla. Put vegan cheddar cheese shreds on top of each tortilla's burger patties. On top of the cheese, put chopped tomatoes, red onions, and shreds of lettuce. To make wraps, fold the sides of each tortilla in and then roll them up tightly. Serve your vegan cheeseburger wraps right away, and if you want, you can add more sauce to dip them in.
