Savory Beef Sausage Cheese Casserole Recipe

On Saturday night my family and I went out to dinner for mine and my brothers birthdays. I’m usually extremely simple when it comes to going out to dinner. I love going to the Grand Lux or Cheesecake Factory since I enjoy their food but every once in a while I like to change things up. This year, we decided to try something different and went to a restaurant called “Crazy about you“. I have heard about this restaurant from plenty of people and my brother loves it so we gave it a shot.

The ambiance was amazing and the food was delicious! We started off with their signature Serrano ham croquettes which were yummy. I then ordered the Chihuahua Cheese Casserole which was also good. As my entree, I had the “I can’t believe it’s not pasta carbonara with chicken” and it was basically zucchini pasta with chicken (super cool by the way). I really liked that dish because it was lighter than actual pasta so you don’t feel super stuffed right after. To top off the dinner, they brought out some strawberry sundaes on the house since they heard it was our birthday. Since I don’t really like strawberry desserts, I decided to order another dessert called “message in a bottle”. The whole concept of that dessert is that you practically get to build your own brownie sundae. That was a terrific way to end our birthday dinner!
