I'm still watching Hell's Kitchen, and I just watched them trash, at least, 20 scallops in a row . I bought some to see if I could cook a scallop because I've never done it, and I can't imagine it's hard to do from what I've learned from listening to Chef Gordon Ramsay. Easy peasy. They took less than 2 minutes to sautee them in a hot pan. They came out moist, tender, and delicious. This is the easiest and quickest thing that I've ever cooked. I'm very happy with the scallops. Now, I need to get more. Many, many, many more. Mmmmmmmmmmmm 😋 I used a stainless steel pan this time. Next time I'm gonna try a non stick pan like they use on Hell's Kitchen because there was a lot of brown tasty goodness left on the bottom of my steel pan and I'm hoping that in a non stick pan that brown goodness will be on the scallops. Either way, these things are phenomenal 😋😍😁 if you're in a hurry to make dinner, just steam some vegetables and sauté some scallops, and you will have a feast fit for a king or queen!!! It's very healthy and extremely tasty. 😋😋😍😍😁😁 and it's fun to cook, and you get great food. It cost me less than $10 to make scallops for two people. It doesn't get much better than that!!! 😊❤️
