awesome dessert idea where you take a whole salad of various colorful pickled vegetables like beets and turnips and cabbage. you use this as your base. on top goes three different flavors of very fruity soft serve ice cream in beautiful rainbow colors. like pineapple dragonfruit and strawberry. and by the time you eat all the ice cream all of the pickled vegetables are completely soggy and stringy and no one wants to eat them
