For one whole day I dined and pretended I was Krystle Carrington from Dynasty, seriously it was all day, a 7hr lunch. Myself and @jimmywongeats we’re invited to join @paper_phoenix_management to feast and photograph the food of Chef to the Upper Class @passionatethechef while being hosted by the hostess with the mostess and inspirational (now) hero of mine, @normaneedham in her palace out past Dural, the superb Longuevue. Everywhere I walked I oohed and aahed. I touched a giant @bromleyandco then dined in a dining room that is suitable for royalty. Chef @chefjasonludwig has a catering company that you can now hire for high end personal events of some of the most refined and artistically plated food you will ever see. I’ll write a full review in coming weeks highlighting what he can do for you but not only that, pending budgets, you can also hire out Longuevue for your own private royal events. I want my 50th here unless I can convince Norma to adopt me sooner 🧐😜.
