There are vegan options at Pollo Tropical🤷🏻‍♀️🌱 @elle.jofficial fed me lunch today, after my mishap led me to her house😜 she got me black beans and rice, yuca, and she had an avocado🥑 I checked online and the only caveat is that all of the fried things at PT or fried in the same grease as cheese products. Sometimes I let that stuff slide, sometimes I don’t. Managing an eating disorder comes with a lot of mindfulness. It’s all about progress and not perfection. I can’t be that person who beats myself up or nags other people about eating vegan. Every day, all day in life I’m doing the best I can. Sometimes I’m stretched to capacity and sometimes I’m not- just because I need to be sweet to myself.Today I let it slide. It was a really good lunch! Today I am very proud.  When I came to America, my mother was worried that I could not take care of myself.  So she bought a wife to cook and clean for me.  When I told my American friends they said that she was not allowed because she had rights.  I said to them, I do not understand, she has lefts too.  I don’t know what she did wrong, but the police came and took her away, they said I was lucky that they did not put me in jail too!  This country is very strange.  So now I cook for myself, and this is the first vegan meal I made!

I don’t understand, my American friends tell me it is not ok to eat the dogs.  Then can I eat the cats?  These two look very tender.  Why is it ok to eat chicken but not dog?
