It had been a while since he had been on the enterprise. He had finally after of being on medical leave, just recently cleared for duty as captain of the Enterprise once again. Also, after just receiving their orders, he was ecstatic to find that they were assigned the revered and most desired mission of all. A five year mission exploring the unexplored. Making new discoveries, and exploring new territories that had never been explored by any man before. Very exciting indeed.
Going through the halls, he smiled as he remembered everything that had happened and he was grateful that he received the ship once more. It wouldn’t feel right, if he was in command of a different vessel. As he walked into the bridge, “Ze Keptin is on the bridge”He heard Chekov say and he looked to Chekov as he nodded. Going to his seat he put on the com link. "Crew of the Enterprise"He said as he smiled that he was very happy being back at the moment.
