Look up "candlemaking supplies" on your preferred internet search engine. There are a bunch of places that carry this sort of thing. I was lucky enough to find one that's fairly local for me that has a whole slew of yummy smells to mix and match and play around with. (If I'm lucky, I might even be able to pick up my orders in person and save a bundle on shipping!)
There are also fragrance oils available from a number of retailers that you can put into reed diffusers and such things. Every so often, I like to put a dozen or so drops of scent into a little 2 oz atomizer bottle (you can get em at the dollar store) with water and a little bit of rubbing alcohol. VOILA. Instant body spray. (Just check to make sure the oil is skin-safe first.)

Once I have all the bundles sewn, I'm going to make a cover and a binding and somehow make it all fit together.
