parachute: who does your OC(s) trust the most? who makes them feel safe? who would they do absolutely anything for?
Rover is not a naturally trusting person, and prefers to work alone. But due to... certain circumstances, Rover's been forced to rely on a total stranger (let's call her Chem) for the sake of his survival. He doesn't know her well, doesn't even know what she looks like, but his fate is in her hands. He wouldn't say he feels safe with his future up to Chem, but she at least tries to listen to him, and he can depend on her for information he wouldn't otherwise know, as well as multiple chances in situations he wouldn't otherwise survive. If she were present in the wastes, he'd see it as his duty to keep her safe.
