i'm not going to write a long review about this because i feel like it's one that just has to be watched?

short review: i cried probably through the whole vertical (-meaning every episode). it's a bittersweet love story. we see how they grew up together and how they fell in love with each other. there's no evil person in this drama. the only evil that's in this vertical is her illness. so beautiful, so sad. would i recommend this? yes. i loved it. also watching it on hongguo was good because the BGM chosen for certain scenes were so good!
