i guess motivation comes from wanting to get in shape? like i was really unhealthy so i started working out for my health and now i try to maintain it. idk man you just gotta find what works for you and do your best to stick with it. but thanks!!! i gave up for a while in between but got back into it thankfully ahah
I mostly do it for my mental health (though the extra muscle is definitely nice), but, unfortunately, it’s also my mental illnesses that make it so hard to work out regularly :/
i just wish there was something simple, like wear a red tshirt every friday, that would keep me motivated
