Remembering a she/her on Pinterest i used to recommend fanfics to. After finishing almost every fic i used to run to give her a quick summary and links and then she used to read it and share her highly intelligent intellectual inspirational creative and critical analysis to it along with praising my ability to always finding such gems. One day she just vanished. Where are you girl? there are sm fics i have yet to share with you!

JESUS I didn't realize I haven't posted in like a whole fucking year 😭😭🤚 I don't know WHY I just straight up stopped reblogging and posting 😭😭

Ik no one really comes onto this blog (now especially since yk, dead ass blog, and mostly reblogs) but idk I felt like I had to say something before I resume my shenanigans.

Long story short— found some ler headcanons for a video game character, got curious bc I was like "This looks like the kind of character I would like" and unfortunately I was RIGHT and suddenly I'm obsessed with him and mildly fixated on the game he's from and literally bought it and everything too and it's genuinely ridiculous.

There will be more on that real soon now that I'm gonna be reblogging A LOT of stuff that I've been reading, even stuff I had to read multiple times 😭🤚 I might even start writing too? I'm not entirely for sure, just bc I have a fanfic blog and idk if I'd have the time and energy to juggle writing for both that one AND this one. But it's definitely something I'd be interested in... I just need to get past the embarrassment... yea...

Headcanons though? Yea that sounds feasible, usually quick and easy unless I get TOO into it 😭🤚

I hope i find a kind author or the ability to dialogify my tangled vision within this week or I'll post a word vomit somewhere it's been bugging me fOR MONTHS I'M GOING INSANE

So there was this one NCT DREAM canon universe fic i read when i think was new to the fandom and it really left an impact on me, enough that i had to go watch their happy moments together and take a break from reading fics entirely.

The summary was smth like, "jeno and haechan are together but jeno like Jaemin and jaemin has a crush on mark and mark likes haechan but haechan is in love with jeno."

And completely ignoring the tone of which it was written, i read it and thought it was more of a the-journey-of-us-becoming-a-polycule kind.

It was NOT that kind.

The fic started with haechan being so so sad, like a defeated and I've accepted my fate kind of sad. Him and jeno were getting ready for a schedule and jeno was like let's go to Jaemin's room so we can all go down together. And haechan is like yea sure and he's so so sad, and he's thinking how jeno tells him to dress (!?) Like jaemin and how he tells haechan to use the perfume Jaemin uses so he'd smell like Jaemin, and how jeno takes Jaemin's name when they have sex and all sorts of things while the walk to Jaemin's room.

Jaemin opens the room looking so cheery and jeno is giving him heart eyes and all his attention and jaemin is reciprocating and ignoring haechan. Jeno praises Haechan's makeup and jaemin tells him it's the lipgloss "lemme put it on you." And then Jaemin sits on jeno's lap to put lipgloss on him, and haechan was just standing on the side all sad sad. Heachan thinks that if Jaemin likes jeno so much then why did he reject him? And why's jaemin treating haechan like this?

I forgot large bits of it cuz i was so hurt i completely erased it from my memory 😭

They go down finally and the rest of the dreamies were waiting for them (!?) Mark is looking at haechan with starry eyes and going all "how are you feeling? Are you okay? I brought this coffee for you," and haechan smiles a little and says thank you (!?) But he isn't really paying attention to him like that, he isn't ignoring mark but haechan is just so preoccupied with the fact that jeno and jaemin are holding hands (!?) And so busy chattering with each other (!?) And yk Haechan's boyfriend is ignoring him and busy with his sort-of-ex.

But jaemin was really attentive of this ordeal cuz when haechan goes to the bathroom jaemin follows himand mind you confront haechan on his "bad behaviour" of "entertaining" mark even tho haechan knows that jaemin likes mark.

My jaw was on the floor and i was so so so hurt poor haechan 😭 and i don't think haechan even stood up for himself. As far as ican remember,

Haechan asks him how jaemin acts toward haechan and jaemin says it's because he's trying to "get back" at haechan for entertaining mark (!?)

And i don't remember what happened next or what were the tags (i was blinded by lust) i don't remember if it was a multiple chaptered fic or a oneshot. I've tried searching for it but i couldn't find it and I'd love if someone recognises smth and can help me find it.

It's not that i want to torture myself again—maybe only a little. But the thing is, the author was so so so AMAZINGGGG oh MY God. It was so so so well written that it left such a huge impact on me, the whole time i was reading it my heart was in my throat.

And that tells me how powerful the author's writing was. I couldn't even look at the members the same like these ppl hurt my babie haechan. After i good chunk of time is that i was able to engage with their content and start reading again.

I just want to experience their amazing amazin amazing writing again. I think I've matured enough to do that.

Mark lee leaving nct is just so sad, he was so important for the whole neo brand and now he's gone. Him leaving is absolutely understandable but still sad :(
