Nina stood idly in front of her mirror, caramel-brown eyes sparkling with excitement. She had gone shopping with her mother earlier in the day and the two had selected the perfect dress for Nina to wear at the ball. Sure, it needed some slight modifications, but the pink-haired florist was bound and determined to make it work to her specifications.
"It's beautiful! All Nina needs now is some perfume, and..."
Beaming a grin, she gathered up the skirts of her gown. Swooping a leg back, she leaned forward, dipping her lithe body towards the ground in a graceful curtsy.
"Hello, my name is Nina. It is a pleasure to meet you," she recited, gaze eyeing the mirror with a sugary-sweet smile. Practice makes perfect, after all!
