I don't know how likely David is to get knocked out, but Cherry's pretty likely to take an unconscious person to their cabin to take care of them if that interests you at all gdGFHD)
Camp Activities: Playing Doctor
David cradles his head between his palms, groaning through gritted teeth as the paint from sitting up stirs through his cranium. The ringing gradually subsides and he becomes conscious of another voice that didn’t belong to anyone at camp.

It takes a bit for him to even register he’s not sitting in the counselor’s cabin, despite waking up to comfortable log walls as opposed to the eyes of whatever’s hunting him. Finally, things start to steady back into focus and he can stop just looking dumbly around the room. At the sight of the brunette who was very little more than a stranger, he perks his head.
“Che-...Cherry? What are--wha--where am I? What happened?”
Holy shit- What part of ‘You probably have a concussion, so I wouldn’t be moving around too much if I were you.’ didn’t you catch?

Encountering David in the woods during the night was a stark contrast to how one would find him during the day, but Cherry seemed to have arrived at a most troubling time. Though his stride was confident upon entering the woods, it didn’t take long for that confidence to drop. There was a feeling in the air, like static ready to strike him down. Something was stirring, he felt, something wanted to come out with the absolute sureness that it could push him down without issue.
He treads carefully with eyes peeled and ears perked, his paranoia felt the eyes in the trees boring holes in his body. When he heard clear footsteps in the brush, his body shot up, alert and listening as they grew closer. Not a second thought kept him from unsheathing his knife from its holster, and not a second more did he think to wait and see who was stepping through the bushes before nearly charging them with his knife out and ready.
But it took exactly two seconds to register the person staring at him with a horrified look in their eyes. “Cherry?”
There’s a friend who lives in the woods, David, and you’re pointing a knife right at their throat. You look like the scariest thing in the woods right this moment.
Realizing this, he almost immediately recoils his hand, “I-I-I-I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to.” Trembling hands sheathe the knife back in its holster before clutching tightly against his chest with thumbs twiddling nervously.
“I w-wasn’t trying to scare you, I-I didn’t even know it WAS you, I-I-I--”
