Fellow chest tape binders uhhhh help

How.. what sort of after care should I do after I take the tape off? Cause my tits are always super sore and red after (I’m not using proper trans tape or anything — I’m using KT tape and I’m sure that’s part of it but it’s all I can get right now)

Like. How do I get the adhesive off? How should I care for my skin after?
