So, I found your blog because I searched the tag My Side Of The Mountain... I can't even begin to tell you how much I love that book! Ive loved it since I was 6 years old! We can definitely be best friends. Haha!

Ok, yes, we can be best friends! I’ve waited forever to hear that someone else loves ’My Side of the Mountain’. That book was my childhood. I would have done or given anything to live in a hollowed out tree in the woods. I see that you are also a native Floridian so you know how implausible it is for a kid to run away and live in the scrub brush woods here. Too many snakes, mosquitos, and sugar sand. :)

Ha, yeah pretty much, it's not like crazy vivid when I'm reading or talking, whatever, the fact that I see colors in words and numbers is just kind of there in the back of my mind. But yeah, I can dissect every color from every letter in every word in every sentence if I wanted to. It's like that for me with music as well, except I'm less of a projector though and more of an associator, meaning I associate the colors of the names of the song or the album art work with the song, rather than my brain assigning its own colors to the song. It's fun.

I know haha, but that's what I'm saying. I've been in love before, I'm in love now, and because of that I've entertained the thought of marriage now. But I think I'd have to do it on some crazy whim while I'm young or it's not gonna happen later on.
